Winter in the North

There is a particular charm to North Iceland in the wintertime, when the frost covers the landscapes and the northern lights brighten up the sky. This relaxing tour offers you an encounter with Iceland's winter beauty as the snow veils the valleys and mountain tops and as icicles hang from the waterfalls.

With accommodations in Reykjavik, Akureyri and Lake Mývatn, you can make many interesting day trips to see natural wonders or visit some of the small fishing villages hemmed in by the steep mountains of the fjords.
