Sushisamba
Sushi SambaSushi Samba blends Japanese and South American culinary traditions right here in Reykjavík along with the accompaniment of unique music from the period when many Japanese people moved to Brazil. The chefs are among Iceland’s most talented, with sushi as a particular passion. The décor is one-of-a-kind, including over 50 hanging bird cages adorning the space above the tables in addition to intricate woodwork imported from the Brazilian town of Abaetetuba. Expect to pay between ISK 3,500-5500 for a main course or 5500-6500 for a five course meal, including dessert and aperitif. There is a lot to choose from—especially sushi and beef—so it’s best to check out the menu on their website to see all that is available. | Opening HoursSunday – Thursday 17:00 – 23:00Friday – Saturday 17:00 – 00:00 AddressÞingholtsstræti 5101 Reykjavík Tel. + 354 568 6600 Website: www.sushisamba.is E-mail: sushisamba@sushisamba.is |
