Hotel Hekla

Hotel Hekla is a four star hotel in the countryside, about 75 km east of Reykjavík, by highway 30. Ingólfsskáli

According to Icelandic history, the first permanent settler in Iceland was Ingólfur Arnarsson. He made his home in Reykjavík and nine centuries later, the first urban community in Iceland grew up in the same place and evolved into the country´s capital.

Narfeyjarstofa

The restaurant and café Narfeyrarstofa is located in a very old building in the heart of the town Stykkishólmur on the Snæfellsnes peninsula. There are no written records which state excatly the construction year of Narfeyrarhús, but it was built for Málfríður Möller, chemsist Möller´s widow in the years of 1901-1906.

Ráin

In Keflavík, close to the international airport is the restaurant Ráin, located at Hafnargata 19. It opened in the year 1989 and is one of the most elegant restaurants in town. The restaurant is big with seats for around 300 people.

Salthúsið
